Rossi model 971 in .357 Magnum. It's one of the older models imported by Interarm in the 80's.

Yes, but I think they were still importing them into mid - 1990's.

Some had plain muzzles.

A few had vent holes / ports on the top of barrel for compensation.

A few had this kind of integral, but fully external, slotted compensator.
