Let's CELEBRATE Takedown Rifles!

I had a Marlin 39 TDS. Take-down special.
It had both the iron sights on the barrel.
When I scoped it, I sighted it in and rarely took it apart after that.
I never tested scope zero repeatability with the same ammo, shot from the same rest, under same weather conditions.
I seem to recall having to make minor adjustments on the next range trip following taking it apart, but I may have switched ammo, or used a different range that day, etc.

Here is my little backpacking, squirrel dinner getter...and regarding the loss of accuracy with a take down Ruger Charger...I haven't had a single issue when putting the barrel back on...and this little baby will digest whatever I put through her. Just waiting for the AAC to clear "customs"...lol
