I'm not a AK guy or a AR guy. They are all tools in my AO. I will say though if I were trying to out marksman someone I wouldn't grab an AK. But a combat situation out to 150 yards I would happily chose either.

...and I will say that the only time I'd rather have an AK is when comparing fully automatic weapons. NOT SELECT-FIRE, but old school full auto vs full auto only.
