What “template” are you Trying to use?

None. That's just what showed when I clicked on a forum. The IT guy said I was using the wrong link. It was some type of "test" site that I was on.

I'd like the option to be able to delete an ad or thread.

Because if I post an ad by mistake or something, which I have done, then I should be able to delete it.

Add all the popular ammo options in the drop down window when creating a classified or change it back like it was when you could enter your own caliber.
