Lets see your most bubba/frankenstein/ratrod builds

letusbuyyourcar letusbuyyourcar YARRRRRRR! Just so happens, I have no self control. I "magically" found the parts to finish it. Once we get moved, I'll get my tools set up and make the grip more of a birds head grip. I don't think I'm going to leave the finish as is either. Might even get the carving tools out and do a little scrimshaw and burn it before staining. Might as well have fun with it.

You never know when you're going to be somewhere remote.....and then what are you gonna do for your dose of potassium?
You have your priorities straight as an arrow.

Thank you! I had to have the banana holder. I need the banana to keep my strength up. Dang thing feels like it weighs 50 pounds.

Marlin Papoose, barrel cut down then can pinned and welded to bring it back to 16.5 in
The can was an old monocore that I didn’t use anymore because my others are much nicer. So I thought this would be a cool touch to a pack gun. And it’s still user serviceable, unscrew the top and pull the guts out and the serialized sleeve stays on.

I won't take credit for this Remington 887 . It was like this when I got it about 2 weeks ago. Previous owner got it too close to the campfire and melted the original stock. That's how this hideous AR style got here. Oh and then he cut the barrel to 18.5" and glued a fiber optic type sight on the "Vent Rib " .
Now as for the rest of the gun I blame that squarely on Remington. It's ugly as hell completely coated in plastic and rattles when you pick it up. Hi Point and Kel Tec combined couldn't come up with **** like this.
But... It does shoot 3.5" magnum loads of you're brave enough to try it. And it's a working shotgun for cheap. So I have to dig it.

I cut the barrel on this single action 22 a while back. Yeah not long before Heritage came out with the shorty model. This one is a Western Ranger brand which predates Heritage but essentially the same thing. I wanted a single action "belly gun" and had this and some cutoff wheels...
Oh I also scored a 22Magnum cylinder for it. It has quite the muzzle flash now. Still have a brass shotgun bead that needs to be mounted on the barrel but don't know anyone that will do it.
