It’s tunable to your load. So yeah, significant reduction is possible… with anything from custom loaded bunny fart loads for steel challenge… all the way up to factory FMJ and beyond.

Has positions for 3 different roller lock springs and comes with 3ea weak and strong springs. Hundreds of different possibilities. Definitely a tinkerers type buffer system.

The actual buffer spring is only like 8lb… just powerful enough to strip a round off the magazine. The roller configuration should keep it in lock until the barrel pressure is significantly reduced and the result of a properly tuned system is the buffer not even kissing the rear of the buffer tube.

The kit is designed to fit any blowback AR9. Includes the buffer tube with cutouts, the buffer, buffer springs and the roller lock springs.
