Well I know it doesn't work like the lotto ticket or anything. even for say $20 or $50. I won a few bucks several years ago and took it to the counter.... It seemed like Sir you will have to mail it in .... and provide your ID that ID and the other ID... smile for the cameras and your picture and likeness now belong to us.... what are your childrens names, where should we send your 10/99.... ahhh screw it.....
