Lets talk pellets

Sometimes I do finish the ribs on the smoker but you have to mind the pellets and not let it run out. I have to remove the ribs to wrap them in foil so it is easy to just put them in the oven.

Ah ok. I made ribs a couple of times in the oven and finished them on the grill. They came out really good.
 
Nope, just spray them with apple juice every 30 minutes and glaze/sauce them about 45 before finishing with BBQ sauce cut 50% with apple juice. Nothing else is done to them except try to get them off the grill without tearing them apart. My pellet smoker will run 30-35 hrs on 40 pounds of pellets. Neighbors really hate me after smelling ribs for over 6 hours.
 
I don't use any rub. Lazy I guess
I just sprinkle with Monterey steak seasoning to start and finish with cattlemans tangy Carolina mustard sauce. Nobody complaining but maybe not blue ribbon
