Day drinking at the scope factory
Built either on Monday morning or Friday afternoon.
It’s a dud. Send it into Leupold and they’ll put new turrets on it. I had two nice scopes by them **** the bed and luepold completely replaced one with their newest model and then rebuilt the other scope with new lens, guts, and turrets. Only took about 2 months from filing claim to back to me. Not bad at all.

It's a leupold thing. Their QC isn't great.

Is it sighted in? if so just shoot it and enjoy
I would personally send it off to luepold. My old scope had those same style turrets that the OP is showing and they replaced them with brand new, finger adjustable turrets. The clicks are much louder and tactile as well.
