Liberty gives access to their safes but there are no back door master codes

Surely no one is so clueless as to think that Liberty uses locks that all have the same over-ride code? That's hotels, not Liberty.

And yet someone in this thread is claiming they were given a backdoor master codes for multiple safes. And I'm now seeing posts on other forums where people are calling their safe manufacturer, and they're being told there is indeed a master code.

I'm aware of lock reset procedures and access via S/N and registration but this is not the same.

Innocent until PROVEN guilty. A search warrant is just probable cause. Probable cause VS beyond a reasonable doubt.
No, probable cause is needed to obtain a warrant. You can be stopped on reasonable suspicion, and indigent circumstances may be caused for a roadside search. But probable cause to obtain a warrant is required for a search of property that is not easily moved. Its up to a judge to determine if the evidence rises to the level of probable cause, and then issue the warrant.

Some judges are more discretionary than others.…
(That’s the nice way of saying it.)

Yes, you reiterated what I said. Yes you can be stopped with ARS. That’s minimum that’s needed for a stop unless it’s consensual. PC is needed for any kind of warrant. Meaning there was PC for the search of the property that’s why the code was given up.

PC vs Beyond a Reasonable Doubt statement was for a conviction. Also to show how low PC is vs Beyond a reasonable down.

The statement about that’s not easily moved, you’re referencing to the automobile exemption because of exigent circumstances. That is one of the ways you can conduct a warrantless search.

I bought a Canon safe with an analog dial because I didn’t trust the digital keypad. My dial went bad (10 years in) and I called Canon and they replaced it under lifetime warranty. I chose to go digital keypad. Once it arrived, I called customer service and they walked me through the install and provided me their access code that was built in and then explained how to program my own code. They said I could delete their code but that it was a good idea to keep it in case there were issues later on.

Didn’t bother me that they “know” how to get into my safe. Anyone can get in my safe with tools and time…it’s really just a glorified gun cabinet and only a slight deterrent to anyone who really wants to get in there.

You are living in a dream world if you believe that. Back in the day maybe, not today. Today if the feds come you are guilty until proven innocent. Of course that only goes for conservatives, if a POS democrap takes part in a mostly peaceful city burning then it goes back to your original statement.

Judges grant any and every warrant

How else would the habersham sheriffs office get the warrant they used to drop the flash bang grenade in the baby bed ?

The deputy said a confidential rat told them he bought $25 worth of drugs at that house .

Same as with the Kathryn what’s her name when city of Atlanta tried to break in and killed the little old lady and then planted drugs and lied about it .
Claiming they had a confidential rat that said he bought drugs at that house .

Cops do whatever they want and lie about It if they ever get caught .

That one drives me crazy. Your 4th amendment rights are voided if a crackhead snitch that works with the police tells them you're doing something illegal.

And then the bootlickers have the nerve to say "next time you need help, call a crackhead"
Oblivious to the fact that cops actually use crackheads to help circumvent the constitution.
