There should be no qualified immunity. If law enforcement did not do anything illegal in the course of their duties they shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

I saw somewhere today where someone referred to Liberty safes as "Bootlicker Lockers". I thought that was a pretty good one.
From what little I know the guy was arrested at his place of bidness. So what kinda bidness was it? The videos I saw were made by someone using their phone on the inside while he was being arrested outside. So to ME there's a lot we don't know. To say the LEAST.
Seriously where do we go from here? I know cops and deputies that I really like. And by some miracle they don't have that " Us versus them" mentality. But it's gonna get really complicated as to the badges that will side with us or who will side against us.
Exactly. If they have body cameras on them they should NOT have the option of turning them off. I mean what's the ****in point if they can turn it off at will?
On top of that what possible excuse did the FBI have for turning off the cameras at the suspect's house? That part alone should disqualify ANYTHING they found as evidence. If you can't show it to the court and the public then it MUST be illegal.
I will probably not do business with them. Unless they were served with the warrant, there was no need to comply.
