Liberty Safe - Lost combo!! LOCKSMITH?

A buddy is moving and I have a chance to get his 24 gun Liberty safe that he hasn't used in years.

He lost the combo/key when get moved an never messed with getting it replaced because it was empty while being moved.

Has anyone ever had a combo/key replaced?

I downloaded the form from Liberty website and it says I need a "locksmith" or the memo from local police saying I have possession and its not stolen and this form has to be notarized - which I get why is a headache. It's a safe so not everyone should be able to all and get the combo.

Then it says in another line on the form that the locksmith can just call them from my location if I need it open immediately.

Anyone know a good locksmith around Fayetteville?
Anyone ever requested a combo from Liberty?

If you have written down the s/n # just call safe company and they will usually give you the combo...

If you have written down the serial number, it's probably in the same place as you have written down the combination.
