Like everyone else, I'm looking to lease some land, a lot to offer homeowner!

Seems like I read posts like this everywhere! Myself, brother, and two neighbors are looking for some hunting property near Canton. Preferably Cherokee, Paulding, Bartow, or Pickens county. We do not need camping, no alcohol involved, no utilities needed, and very respectful of your property.

For the homeowner: I own a grading business. I have no problem bringing in equipment to help you with any needs that you have on your property. Keeping roads in good shape, clearing, brush cutting, what ever you need help with. I can either trade you plenty of work on your property to help you out or we are open to paying cash for a lease, if you prefer.

Open to size of property, just needs to have decent deer available.

Trying to find a good place is tough online.

I can suggest start to network in the area and even start to mail out letters to larger tract landowners. Maybe even door knocking if you're brave.

You do have a lot to offer someone with your grading business. (most people don't have that kind of equipment). I know if I had a lot of land and needed help, we'd be talking.
