Liqui Moly - snake oil or nah?

That film that develops on exposed grease is why I used it on the golf course. To keep it from leaking or dropping blobs of grease on the highly manicured turf. The golf course I was the shop manager at was built by Pete Dye. Same man built TPC at Sawgrass. It was 25,000 down and then monthly fees on top of that. Every preventive measure had to be taken to keep up a tour quality course.

Pull tab??? That's newfangled, we used these:

Been using liquid moly every oil change for years in my ram 1500.
Just cause of the lifter issues with the hemi engine, I've got almost 170k miles on her with no engine problems.
I also run 5w30 amsoil instead of the 5w20 it calls for.
Personally I think 5w20 is just too thin.
Maybe I've just been lucky, but I drive it like I stole it everywhere I go.
