"Lo Ball" is criminal, "Hi Balling" be the American Way

The value of milsurps, antiques and other weapons out of production is mostly subjective.
If a seller puts a sell price that does not find a buyer that is his problem not yours.
He does not have to lower that price because you think it is too high.
It is his option to lower the price if he wants to sell or not.
Just ignore or skip the ad --

Now, someone trying to sell a "NIB" weapon for more than you can buy it new at your local or discount shop is either stupid, or worse thinks you are stupid --
 
At times, I relist but put it as a trade listing than a sale. Ironically, I get a lot more bites as trade, and some even wind up as a sale.
 
I rarely haggle these days. I get tired of it. I either pay asking price or walk... When selling, sometimes guys make offers for less than my asking price. I either take it or simply say "no thanks". Not a big deal. I don't blame them for trying. If an offer is ridiculous, I either ignore or again, say "no thanks". Its nothing personal. Not to me, anyway.
