Forgot to mention that since they circulate the water to generate electricity they have managed to sustain a healthy hybrid bass population in the lake too.

Lake Acworth is a good kayak lake. I caught quite a few of these last spring. Small black worms, Texas rig and blue and chartreuse spinner baits in the grass.

It's a small pond/ lake in my neighborhood, i'll pm you how to access it. You will have to walk through someone's side yard. Their nice people and are use to people accessing the pond through their yard. Since this pond is nearly untouched, there a few nice fish in it.
