I have seen a guy like this on the exit ramp on 575' exit 7 for the past 5 weekends. I only go down there on Satudays but he is always there. That must be his job, he looks very very much like the guy pictured on the first post.

I have seen this guy as well, not quite sure where but that face sticks out.
There are people like that in every state. Saw a guy like that pull out a big ol wad of cash.
I was walking down a sidewalk in Atlanta once and a panhandler started walking along with me, begging for change. For some reason, he singled me out and was pretty sure of himself he could harass a few bucks from me. I asked him if he had change for 100. He lit up and said, "yeah man! How much do you need back?" I just laughed and said. "looks like you have more than I do then...can I have a couple of bucks?" He cussed a bit under his breath and left me alone lol
Might be funnier if it wasn't coming from a liberal.
