I feel that my comment although not directly an answer to your question addresses it adequately. If we were measuring candidates from the perspective of how they have expanded 2A rights well then I guess you voted for Obama in the last elections? I mean lets face it although not a proponent of 2A he at least didn't actively pass the most restricting gun laws in the country like mr Romney.
As you can see you are not the only one that can ask bated questions, they however serve no other purpose then to try and make someone else look bad and thats not a constructive platform to swaying hearts and minds.
I asked you a question in post# 118. You have not answered it, but continued with the same indefensible argument.

Again, liberalism is an emotional mental sickness that cannot be reasoned with. They will sometimes (very rarely) change their opinion when faced with a logical conclusion of their belief affecting them personally.
I choose not to have these people as my friends or waste my time with them.

When conservatives come up with an economical plan that is fit for the 21st century that encompasses opportunity for the masses rather than the few cronies lining their pockets, I'll consider them. After 8 years of Bush/Cheney, It's going to take a lot to get me to ever vote for another Republican. Who does that leave? At least someone "claiming" to be on the side of middle America as opposed to a group openly against. Though I hold the 2nd Amendment as near and dear as any conservative, I am not a single issue voter. Obama is not the first Democrat in office and he won't be the last. Somehow, I have faith that the second amendment will survive Obama as it has all past Liberals and will continue to survive. Alienating Democrats by wrongfully claiming some trumped up elitist moral high ground is counterproductive and short sighted. And face it, The Republican party has not had a decent candidate since Reagan (who was a RINO btw). He even started the "Obama Phone" program you guys find so distasteful LOL. I voted for Reagan(first time voting), I voted for Bush Sr. I voted for Clinton. I did NOT vote for GW Bush either time. I voted for Obama. So far I'm batting 1000. I refuse to give up points for a president that slithered in under a few hanging chads in his brother's state. Cheaters don't count. Unlike the hypocritical body of the Republican party that claims that Christian moral high ground yet promotes very little but hatred towards over half of their fellow Americans, I do not hate conservative sheeple. I merely pity them.
You are welcome. I am single issue voter (well actually two, but politician with a corrcts stand on abortion will also have a correct stand on guns), but it is getting mighty heavy on my coat tails.
You are en example of why I do not care for nominal gun owners like your self. Why are in GA and not in New York or California, where the 21st Century economic opportunity work so well?
Sorry but there is more than just the 2A in the Constitution. I have no desire to be standing with my gun surrounded by a burning pile of rubbish because of what liberalism has/is doing to this country. It is why I do not live in Detroit even though I could buy a house for a few thousand dollars...
