It made no sense for Colt to stop producing revolvers.
25 ounces in a stainless frame is not bad. The gun looks real nice too. I'm not seeing an MSRP.

Yeah, I don't know what The MAP will be, but I hope it will be competitive with the new S&W J frame revolvers.
It's a good looking revolver for sure.

It will be more expensive than the majority of J frame .38's being produced these days, I believe.

It will be wildly popular and then Colt in their infinite wisdom will discontinue them due to record sales and huge profits...

I keep kicking myself in the ass for unloading all my S&W 38's.

If they resurrect the snake guns and sell them for prices competitive with S&W...Holy S*** There's going to be some angry collectors who have been way overpaying. It's going to be like a stock market crash in the gun world.

I think if Colt did that they could just about name their price on that one, lol.
But who knows, a year or so ago who would have thought Colt would be back in the revolver business at all.

The majority of j frames being produced these days are aluminum frame airweights. Their only close competition is the LCR by Ruger, unless you include Taurus or some other cheaper brand, which I don't...LOL...The Ruger sp101 in .38 will most likely be a closer competitor to this Colt, but I'll bet the Colt is still a bit more. I'm intrigued!
