It made no sense for Colt to stop producing revolvers.
25 ounces in a stainless frame is not bad. The gun looks real nice too. I'm not seeing an MSRP.
Yeah, I don't know what The MAP will be, but I hope it will be competitive with the new S&W J frame revolvers.
It's a good looking revolver for sure.
 
I "need" one....ok maybe 2....is 3 too many?...there's room in the safe..
It will be wildly popular and then Colt in their infinite wisdom will discontinue them due to record sales and huge profits...

I keep kicking myself in the ass for unloading all my S&W 38's.
 
Me too, but I will keep my fingers crossed and hope, lol.

The majority of j frames being produced these days are aluminum frame airweights. Their only close competition is the LCR by Ruger, unless you include Taurus or some other cheaper brand, which I don't...LOL...The Ruger sp101 in .38 will most likely be a closer competitor to this Colt, but I'll bet the Colt is still a bit more. I'm intrigued!
