If you can't find one on the ODT, check pawn shops and ask them for their lowest Out-The-Door cash price on one you are interested in getting that they have for sale. Get a Rossi or a Taurus, IMHO.

Only get a Rossi or a Taurus if your budget is under $250.00 out the door. Take it from me, if you go the pawn shop route, look for a S&W Model 36, 37 or 49. They'll be blued and their bluing might be near to all gone but if the timing is good and the trigger breaks right, you can score a great .38 and be a Smith so parts are available and the trigger pull is tremendous. They are out there. Just saw a couple of Smith .38 2" barrel for $299.99 asking. Cash helps in negotiating out the door prices. For those who love Taurus and Rossi revolvers not trying to step on your shoes but after what I personally experienced with a Taurus 85 Ultra-Lite a few years back, I'd never have one again.
