Yes, it is rough in hot weather. The sow I shot last May was killed on a 90 degree day. You gotta be quick with a knife and light on your feet or the meat will spoil quick.

Laotions don`t think so. Those guys will let a hog lay on a tailgate all day on a 90 degree day, then cut it up that night. And then eat it. ALL of it. I don`t knock the Laos, though. They helped us in Nam, Laos, and Cambodia. Many American aircrewman would not have come home if it wasn`t for them. That`s why the CIA brought them over here.
