Looking for an FFL that will Xfer from an out of state Individual to me in Sandy Springs area

I purchased a hand gun from a guy that is not an FFL. My regular FFL does not do individual transfers, just FFL to FFL. Does anyone know of a dealer in the Sandy Springs area that will do an out of state individual to FFL Xfer? This is for an AR Pistol (not that it makes any difference).
