I have a buddy that was looking for similar work with military background.
He got a job at a highschool as ground maintenance and student parking security. Doesn't make much but he enjoys the work. Also has a few month break with out students coming up.
Has state benefits and such.
Maybe try Wesleyan and Greater atl Christian ect for higher pay in private schools?
Maybe colleges or tech schools?
