I'm wanting to convert a pistol into an SBR and put a form 1 can on it. However, I read that I should establish a trust first.

My question is who did you recommend to setup that trust? Or does anyone have a template to use so that I can create one myself? Any tips, tricks or advice?

Thanks.

You could file as an individual instead of using a trust. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe everyone on the trust has to be fingerprinted now. Also anytime you buy something, the trust has to be updated. I only mention it bc it sounds like you're unsure. If I misread/misinterpreted, then I apologize!

Trust members are added later , only you need prints originally

Only trustees and co-trustees (responsible persons) need to be fingerprinted, beneficiaries do not, as I understand it.

To the OP, I concur with the others, @heavyd is the place to go.
