Looking for info on 45 ACP

Has anyone here used the 260gr Speer jhp? If so what recipe were you using.

If you have used 260gr 45 did you suppress it and was there any difference?

Has anyone used or tested the expansion of the 260gr Speer jhp?


Also does anyone have any favorite suppressed 45 load recipes.

I use red dot and a 230gr LRN. The red dot is a super clean powder and at 45 acp velocities you don't need a jacket.

I don't shoot suppressed 45 though. Jacket would be nice for that
