New York Looking for some land up north

Hey guys, I am an Active Duty Soldier Stationed up at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn NY (it makes me sick being up here). I have been trying to ask around about local states and hunting, but have not had much luck. I am looking for a place to hunt for next year in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. Lower enlisted so looking for something preferably around the $250ish price range. Any help would be great.

I'm looking to purchase some land in PA in the next year or two. It'll be converted into farming land and I'll eventually have a house on it. I'm considering allowing a few people hunt on it as well depending on the property. I'll keep you in mind.

Also, avoid NJ like the plague.
