I am in the process of building a few budget AR15 Rifles. They will be built using Anderson "BLEM" Lower Receivers, 5.56 16" 1-8 M4 Barrels and 10" Key Mod Handguards, $425.00. Mags or Sights are sold separately . MagPul 30 Round mags 10 for $99.00. MagPul MBus Front and Rear Sights $75.00. I also have some inexpensive Sights available as well.
Appalachian Armory has a deal to build an Anderson in a class with their gunsmith for about $500. They'll probably also be able to buy your shotgun. And, any upgrades from the basic Anderson kit would be just the difference in cost of parts. For instance, you could use a Fail Zero NiB BCG for about $60ish (bad memory on prices), instead of the almost tripple cost of buying and installing later. Same thing with a Spike's enhanced lower kit or any other option they have. I think they might even drop their cost on any parts that you already have and want to use... All tools and a mag are included in the deal too
