Looking to get a Glock 19 what gen do you all recommend?

What generation Glock is your favorite? I was thinking gen 3 because it has the longest track record

Most of mine are Gen 3 except for one Gen 2. I still want to try the Gen 5 though.

If you're buying new go with a Gen 5, other than that the cheapest you can find. A glock is a glock is a glock.

I CARRY A GEN 3 ! BOUGHT GRAND SON A GEN 4 AND I GOT A GEN 5 OTHERDAY, BUT GEN 3 IS MY FAVORITE !

Some gen 3 extractors shoot the brass right at your face. It’s a cheap and easy swap, but a pain in the ass at the range.

I’m a gen4 guy myself. I like the finger grooves.

I have a gen 4. The adjustable back straps are very nice.

I like the beaver tail grip. I saw a non oem solution for the gen3’s though.

Gen 5 hands down. All of the others feel like they need an undercut to grip properly to me. The Gen 5 feels like it’s made just for you.

Avant gen to gen 3 and Gen 4 I ended up keeping my gen 3 and carry it almost every time I go out.
