LOST/STOLEN CVA STALKER SINGLE SHOT 30-6

imho, dad also shares responsibility since he loaned out a gun
already obligated to his son. Doubt son gave his permission.
Also some agreement should be in place for how long to wait
before son has original gun or a replacement. Not a lawyer
but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once. I'd say 30 day
max, son gets pleasure of picking out replacement of comparable
value with parental approval of course. If original gun turns up
after 30 days son decides whether friend keeps original or the
replacement. If friend does not buy replacement in 30-45 days
then dad has to buy replacement. Better buy mom something too.
If momma isn't happy then no one will be happy.

This Thread sooner or later is Bound for disaster, I mean can it last till Thursday?

My husband likes to help people when he can and if it means lending a friend something he will. The ONLY thing off limits on lending out is me! He would never!

If you loan your truck or lady out, somebody will try to sling a rod in both of them.

All seriousness, I never loan out anything that I can't replace easily or to anyone that I would hold it against if it never came back. I borrow on the same principle, and always return in better shape than when I picked it up. I hope yall get your stuff back, but I'd give you 1 chance in 5.
