True story. still wear a Dr. Shoals insert to this day. Still no back pain. That's why I included my cell number. Beats meds or surgery. I'd suffered with lower back pain most all my life til that day.

ive got them going on and id be lying to say they probably didnt help

i woke up feeling great. but its starting to kick in again. its the sitting, im sure of it.

got myself an asspad though now. god, at 27 i feel like a ****ing senior citizen, using butt cushions in my car, getting funny looks from the prostitu.....dates i pick up.

No you don't feel like one yet. I know it's bad but just wait, It doesn't get any better usually. At your age there is hope of course. As you age remember you started off in life with no teeth,not much hair and in diapers. Look forward to the same thing as you get in the twilight of your life. I will be 78 in a month or so and although I hurt every waking moment, I still have a good amount of teeth,hair and no diapers.
As they say "Lifes a b**** and then you die" and I feel like I've been rode hard and put away wet.
Hope you get better and and hit the ten ring every time.

ya, i wasnt trying to come off with the woe is me stuff, i know there are alot of folks who have it exponentially worse than i do

good point though. maybe i should just be happy it isnt worse. got a whole life ahead of me for that (i hope at least)

Make sure though you're not still uneven. It's the "imbalance" that puts pressure on those nerves. I actually placed 2 into my left shoe before I was standing up staright as an arrow. Thank God for my wife who noticed one of my hips was lower on that side.

hmm, i guess ill ask folks if i slouch to one side or am shorter. could be my left side

Put your wallet in your front pocket if you sit a lot, it creates an uneven sitting surface which can cause problems. I am going to the Dr for my hip and back tomorrow.

I was young as well when mine started. After that NO MORE PAIN! I'm in sales now, lifting 50 lb boxes of copy paper with no pain at all. Have them look from the your backside. This is my test; when I stand with feet together - am I leaning to one side.
