Lowes selling Craftsman tools!?!

Sears couldn’t decide if it wanted to be a Home Depot or a JC Penney. In the modern era, it wasn’t appealing to consumers as either. The only part of Sears that may survive is its dotcom business, which they shifted into a marketplace model a few years ago. Also, Amazon is getting into the tire business and supposedly partnering with Sears Auto Centers as the installation partner. That MAY help keep their service centers alive, but they’ll need to adapt.

Anyhow, their recent Made In America tools have been pretty disappointing IMO.

Or you could mortgage your house and buy Snap-on. $181.00 for these...

Actually you just have to pay the snap on man $20 a week 12 months and they are yours.
Been buying Lowe’s kolbalt brand last for years, I have had good luck with the tool
I got a set for Christmas. I have used them several times but not daily. The lever that reverses the 3/8 ratchet fell off. I'm going to return it I just have not.

i will still return a tool once in a blue moon. usually they dont have
an exact refurbished replacement of what i am trying to return,
so they are kind enough to let me pick. one time i got a
replacement chinezy ratchet and dropped it on the way
out and the selector switch broke saved me another
trip so that was good. i kinda feel sorry for the
people that work there though, corporate greed
has really did a number on this country
