Just took the 2.0 to the range. Shoots fantastic. Great trigger and reset but the shape of the trigger takes a little getting used to. I will probably replace with the Apex Flat (just the trigger shoe itself). It has some take up but a crisp break.

M&P 2.0 Compact vs. CZ P10C vs. FN 509 vs.....need some opinions

Plenty of YouTube vids comparing the S&W 2.0 and the CZ P10 C. Both get excellent reviews. Comes down to personal preference. Factor in the low cost of each, can't go wrong with either.
Bad news, though, is that I can't shoot it until next weekend.
What was the price on the 2.0 compact at GGS?
$386 before tax, $413 out the door.

I got one from GGS and then traded a xd mod2 i had sitting in the safe for another one

M2.0 compact with the Apex Forward Set Sear kit is noice! 1st 15 rounds out of it at 10 yards. Shanked one.

I finally got to shoot the 2.0 Compact today. Very impressed. I don't like aggressive grip textures, but much to my surprise, I really like the grip texture on the 2.0. It does a nice job of 'locking' the gun into your grip without being abrasive. I fooled around with the different grip panels, and once again to my surprise, I settled on the small grip panel. It just felt good in the hand, so I rolled with it.
Accuracy was very impressive. I'm a decent shot with a pistol, and the 2.0 certainly holds up it's end of the bargain. Recoil is good, the 3 dot sights are easy to pick up on, and the trigger out of the box is surprisingly good.
So, all in all, especially for the money, I'm VERY pleased. I've got a couple of Gearcraft holsters ordered for it, but other than that, I'm gonna leave it alone and shoot it bone stock.
