M&P Color Fill

So the wife wanted a new lighter carry than her SR9c so after tons of shopping and shooting she decided on a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm.




Of course I had to "pink it up for her!"



But after shooting it a few times I said "what the heck..."



So here they are in their color filled glory.



And with their big brother and sister...

So you like M&P s , what kind of ink did you use?

We love the Shields but to tell you the truth they are not all that much smaller than the SR9c and SR40c that we carry now. They are slightly thinner and I guess that makes the biggest difference. I get a golf ball sized group out of it at 10 yards slightly low and to the left. We are using Blackpoint Tactical holsters which I also can't say enough good things about (I'll post some picks of them in another post.) I used fingernail polish to do the color fills. The green is "the more the merrier," and the white is "blanco" from Essie, the pink is "back to the fuchsia" from Sally Hensen.

Looks great. I could put a pink coach logo on a gun and my girlfriend would still care less.

Very nice. Did you use a toothpick to get the paint in the grooves?
