As is stated markings look great hows the rest of her look?

the VAR barrels are noted as very accurate

Is the stock serialized to natch the receiver?

See that cut that goes down from the sights into the cylinder? They cut those in WW2. Nowadays. Shooters love those.

Ok why did they cut them and why do people like it? Sorry not up to speed on US surplus.

IIRC. Tolerances for proper fit and for some reason they make them more accurate. Someone else can chime in.
