Hey fellow ODT'ers. This listing is to get a pulse on what the firearms below are going for these days. (three-fiddy, right!?!?) They were inherited from my grandfather who served in the Army.
Guns are NOT FOR SALE yet - just trying to get some fair market estimates of value before I list individually at a later date. Thanks!

If I am correct the .45’s were made in 1943 and 1944. Gunbroker has some in that age range listed at $1500.00 and way up. Didn’t look at completed sales. May give you an idea. Cool guns for sure. You could also pay for a letter from Colt that would give the important information. I did for one of mine. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

ETA there’s some knowledgeable S&W guys on here that can help on the revolver. Maybe Leatherhead Leatherhead can’t remember for sure.

Nice pistols! Have the 1911’s been refinished sir? It may be the pics but the finish looks a little dark
Negative (to my knowledge) has any finish work been done - all sat in a nice indoor safe for 50+ years. Last year #2 made it to a gunsmith for a thorough cleaning and function test. #2 has a good scratch around the trigger, just below slide release. #1 has surface wear along slide that's most likely from trips in and out of a holster.

That’s wonderful. Both were made in 1944, should go for 1400 and up for each, there may be small things with the parts that could drive the value higher. Here’s a website that may help http://www.coolgunsite.com/

Very cool pistols! Wish I could help on value but can"t. I have never seen a S&W 38 with that sight on it before. Subscribed for the info and values.
