He killed a 60 year old Dublin man at lunch time, in broad daylight in his car in the parking lot. I was just down the road from that area when it happened and was wondering what all the sirens were. You literally can't even stop for lunch in this city. Of course the mayor was all in the comments telling everyone it's not that bad here...

Why were FBI and US Marshalls involved? Was the perp wanted across state lines for something else?

Not sure, article was pretty vague. Initially he'd just been on the run and as short staffed as the BCSO is they may have brought in some outside help. Or he's a known gang banger with warrants already.

Dude said he didn't have a gun, I suppose they have surveillance video or something if they are charging him.
