Made one of the Publix standing rib roasts today.

I did one last Sunday on my Weber Smokefire pellet grill. 500 for 20 minutes and then down to 325 and cooked until 125 internal. Came out perfect. The pellet grill gave it just enough smoke flavor. I did a similar recipe with a boneless leg of lamb Christmas eve. I'm having lamb sandwiches for lunch today.

Just so you guys know, they're back on sale at Publix @$6.79 lb until this Tuesday.

Already cooked one last week in the oven with the 500 deg. x 5 min. per pound method (turned out awesome), have another thawing now, one more in the freezer. Problably will get one more before the sale ends. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
