If he is really your friend, you have some cornbread hiding out of frame.

Sadly he's from Ohio. He prefers crackers with chili. I like crackers but then I gotta have cheese. With good cornbread. The chili is enough. Ate too much Texas chili growing up to prefer it with beans. I'll eat it of course but it's not my preference.

If I'm not mistaken....the Filipinos brought that over to Hawaii and then it spread during WW2.
