Beretta folks used to do this same mod to make 92 mags work in the Beretta Cougar. The Cougars came out during the assault weapons ban so there were no pre ban mags available, but they used the same magazine body as the 92. Couple of minutes of file work on f a 92 magazine though and you had yourself a 15 round Cougar magazine.
