Were you around Macon in the 80s and early 90s? If so you might remember the little light blue index sized cards that gun and pawn shops used to have to fill out on each sale along with the 4473. Those cards went straight to the Macon PD and basically were registration cards. Some time around the late 90s they quit doing that which surprised me.
