[/h][h=5]The Boulder Airlift program has been even more popular than we anticipated. The number of CO residents wishing to exercise their Constitutional right to standard capacity magazines has been somewhat overwhelming. As we've stated before, we're not very agile in shipping individual orders from the HQ, so please bear with us. We've added shipping stations, added CS, and we're still a bit behind. We've added phone lines as well, but call volume for all reasons has been exceptionally high. We've delayed much needed expansion due to the uncertainty around our current location, so please be understanding about our longer than usual response times.

Your order WILL ship if you received a confirmation. If you received a partial, you WILL get the rest of your order.

[/h][h=5]For our customers in the rest of the US, we are still shipping to distribution and retailers, and thanks to some added capacity, pretty much in the same volumes as before starting the Boulder Airlift program. It's the shipping and the processing that is the limiting factor for the Airlift program...not production.

We've got even more capacity coming online soon, but WHERE it comes online will depend on Gov Hickenlooper's actions on HB 1224.

One more thing we'd like to add...the Boulder Airlift program is meant to get magazines to CO residents who want to have, keep, and use standard capacity magazines. Please do not abuse this program by ordering magazines if you have the intent to resell them.[/h]

From everything I have seen it has been a wildly successful program, but now that they have passed HB 1224, I am anxious to see where Magpul puts down its new roots. I am certain that TX has extended a personal invite, along with plenty of tax incentives. I believe that SC has also offered to pay all moving expenses if Magpul were to relocate there.

Gov. John Hickenlooper will sign three bills into law Wednesday, his office said. The new legislation includes:

- A 15-ammunition limit on magazines;

- A universal background check for prospective gun buyers; and

- A requirement for gun purchasers to pay for their own background checks

Been browsing Magpul's FB page and their propaganda department is on point...

they should've known how popular this would be, no excuses

They probably knew how popular it'd be. I'm betting they just underestimated what a logistical nightmare it'd be to ship out thousands of small individual orders. They went from shipping hundreds at a time to stores to 10 at a time to people.
