They deserve no defense. That could have been easily solved with an apology and proper customer service, but instead they stop responding and turn their phones off. They are on my **** list.

So the saga continues. Just received word mine have already shipped, but they say it's usps's fault it hasn't updated the status...Who knows. I also read online that some others received the PTS models instead of the advertised real deal. Those who have received theirs, are yours the real deal?
