Magwell adapter requires AOW stamp?

How does a Magwell adapter require this to have an AOW stamp?

Would this just not be an angled foregrip at worst?
If this is the case why can an AR pistol have and angle forgrip? or is it because of the overall length?

Because when you put a spare mag in the forward mag well, you make a second pistol grip on a handgun. Your hand can wrap fully around it, unlike the angle grip.

Nope. Not true at all (at least I don't believe it to be true). You hold the integrated grip spare mag holder, not the spare mag.

Don't grab the mag. If the BATFE is going to go nuts about it, CAA will come out with free plugs to fill the spare mag holder. But I'm hoping CAA did their due diligence before bringing the MCK to market.

Looks like the MCK has it integrated in the design but the other is "add" on , wondering if that could make the difference ?
