Thanks to Allsmiles Allsmiles for the tips for getting my smoker going and the first rack of ribs. Corn came out good too.

225 degrees for 4 hours, spritz with apple juice and apple cider vinegar every hour, wrap for 2 hours and sauce for the last 30 mins. Corn thrown on last 2 hours.

Looking good and welcome to the addiction. I did 3 pork loins this evening and have eats for the next couple of days. Kroger has them for $1.77# right now.

I want to smoke everything. Lol ordering a beer can chicken holder for some whole chickens I brought and I want to do some wings soon. I would do a brisket but it's only 3 in the house so I'll have to wait for a party or something.

Good price on that loin. How did they come out?

Turned out great. Cat even ate a slice. It was that or she was going to lick and steal scraps while I was cutting it up. Turkey turns out really good, just saying.

How you do the turkey, time and temp, rub? Brine or no brine? Give me the deets lol
