Yep, congratulations. Haven't been to a drag race in 50 years. When I was a kid our house was a behind the Lee County Dragstrip just a short walk through the woods.
We used to hike down and sit at the end of the strip and watch the races. Best seat in the house and never cost a dime.
That was long ago and far away.
I need to put that on my bucket list.

Per what I read the 2021 NHRA Summer Nationals was supposed to be the final race and they were closing for good.

It was the final Summer Nationals. The track is still open for the other races until the end of the season and then will close. Apparently.
