The FED should declare a state of emergency in Chicago, put in martial law, round up every gang banger, load'em up in C130's and dump them out over the Atlantic from 10,000 feet. Sharks gotta eat too.

Channel Cats are essentially fresh water sharks. And Lake Michigan is an inland sea, it is HUGE, and even at 10,000 ft, you can be way beyond sight of land in short order.

I lived in Chicago from 1969 to 1972 and worked in Black Panther territory at 63rd and Woodlawn. Each day both ways the train passed by the Cabrini Green housing project. Now there is a real garden spot. In addition, I could look out our 12th floor windows almost any time of the day and see muggings, car strippings and police activity. One afternoon walking upon the commuter train platform, police had just shot a mugger and medics were trying to patch him up for an ambulance ride. The long-time residents never even glanced to see what it was. And that was over 45 years ago.
