I remember reading about that. Happens more often than it should. Just a few weeks ago, a guy walked into Chuck's Gun and Pawn where I live, bought a shotgun/ammo, walked outside and did the same thing.

It also happened last year at Stoddard's downtown. I remember when this happened.
