Mayor or Kingsland Arkansas sent me this - man arrested for shooting Johnny Cash water tower so it looks like he’s peeing.

If criminals can loot and burn down cities this guy needs a full pardon and an expert marksman ribbon.

Witnesses say they could hear something immediately before the shot, "WHAT CHIS".
