Can you find a single peer reviewed article saying to use tampons for traumas?

If you are a dooctor ( I doubt you are since you won’t come out and say it) there in no way you work in the trauma field.

How many prehospital GSWs have you encountered.

Total penetrating trauma including Stab Wounds and GSW’ s plenty.. We have cracked chests in the ER to do Open Cardiac massage while placing clamps and catheters in Aorta’s, Atrium’s And ventricles...and directly running fluids into vessels...
