This is my little buddy "Turbo." I made him. As I was bringing the idea to life, he told me who and what he was and should be. He LOVES The Flash as evidenced by his medallion and his running stance. His base is a doubled-over flash lightning bolt (cuz he's twice as fast - Turbo fast). He goes Turbo when you spin his propeller and his nose lights up with that flash lightning....
